Feng Chia University and Mae Fah Luang University Enter Their Third Year of Reciprocal Overseas Learning, Witnessing Student Growth Through Cross-Cultural Exchange

The reciprocal overseas learning program jointly organized by the College of Business at Feng Chia University and Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) of Thailand has entered its third year. From July 1 to July 23, faculty members and students from both institutions participated in a two-way exchange between Chiang Rai, Thailand, and Taichung, Taiwan. The program not only covered topics such as business communication, sustainable accounting, and entrepreneurship, but also immersed students in authentic cross-cultural learning environments.

Students from the School of Architecture at Feng Chia University recently embarked on an immersive international learning experience in Italy, exploring the intersection of branding, spatial design, and user experience through a collaborative summer program with POLI.design of the Politecnico di Milano.

From Milan to Modena and Turin: Feng Chia University Students Explore Strategic Design Thinking Through Overseas Learning in Italy

15 students from the College of Business at Feng Chia University, led by Dean Chiung-Ju Huang and Professor Giorgio, embarked on a two-week overseas learning journey in Italy. Traveling across the cities of Milan, Modena, and Turin, the program connected students with three leading European universities and offered firsthand exposure to internationally renowned companies such as Ferrari and Maserati. Through immersive cross-cultural experiences, students gained practical insights into the power of design thinking and brand innovation.

First Journey to the Aegean Sea: Feng Chia University’s School of Architecture Partners with the Architectural Association for the Third International Design Workshop

The School of Architecture, Feng Chia University, and the Architectural Association (AA) in the United Kingdom have entered the third year of their collaboration. This year, the workshop was held overseas for the first time, taking place from July 2 to 12 across the Greek Aegean Islands. The program also marked the beginning of an academic exchange with the Department of Architecture, National Technical University of Athens (NTUA).

Feng Chia University and Politecnico di Torino Launch First International Summer School on Cybersecurity and Microelectronics

Feng Chia University and Italy’s leading engineering institution, Politecnico di Torino, jointly hosted their first-ever International Summer School on Cybersecurity, Microelectronics, and Emerging Technologies from July 6 to 10. The program brought together nine students from Feng Chia University's College of Information and Electrical Engineering and 27 students from Italy.

Feng Chia University and Kyushu University Hold Bilateral Interdisciplinary Workshop and Sign Letter of Intent for Dual Master’s Degree Program

Dean Chi-Chang Wang of the College of Engineering and Science, Feng Chia University (FCU), led 10 faculty members and 21 students from the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Department of Chemical Engineering, Department of Environmental Engineering and Science, and Department of Photonics to Japan from June 21–25 to participate in the three-day Kyushu University × Feng Chia University Bilateral International Interdisciplinary Workshop at Kyushu University’s Graduate School of Engineering.
