Work Permit Required for Overseas Students

During your studies, if you plan to work, intern, or take part-time jobs in Taiwan, you must apply for and obtain a valid work permit before starting any work.

After graduation, if you intend to stay and work in Taiwan, you are also required to apply for a work permit through the Ministry of Labor.

Working without a valid permit is illegal and may result in fines or affect your residency status.
