Important Outside Documents

This scholarship is based on a student exchange-related agreement signed between Feng Chia University and a Japanese university.
The applicant must be a current student of the Republic of China (postponed graduation students are not included) who will be studying in Japan for more than three months but less than one year, from September 2026 to March 2027.
For detailed application qualifications and application forms, please visit the website of the Japan-Taiwan Exchange Association.
The applicant should submit all required documents to the Office of International Affairs (Room 304, Administration Building II; contact: Ms. Valerie Sun) by 12:00 p.m. on May 27, 2026.
One exchange student agreement can refer to 5 students. OIA will recommend those who meet the application qualifications according to the time of receipt of the application documents.
