【Overseas Students】2026 Spring Semester Tuition Fee Installment Application

📌Application Period:
From January 15, 2026 (Thu.) – February 23, 2026 (Mon.) 5:00 PM.
(The application form must be submitted to the Finance Office no later than 5:00 PM on Feb. 23 (Mon.). Late submissions will not be accepted.)

📌Eligibility:
ALL Overseas Students of Feng Chia University
(2026 Spring semester new students are not eligible to apply for tuition fee installment.)

📌Applicants for tuition fee installment must meet one of the following conditions:
(1) The applicant’s family has encountered sudden financial difficulties and is unable to pay the fees on time.
(2) Other special circumstances that make timely payment difficult.

📌Application Procedure:
Eligible students in need of tuition fee installment should download (Double-sided printing) and complete the application form, and obtain comments and signatures in the following order: Life Mentor, Department Advisor, Department Chair, and the Office of International Affairs(OIA).

After completing all signatures, submit the form in person to the Finance Office to receive the first installment payment slip and the printing information for the second and third installment payment slips.

(Please notice to the submission deadline！Late submissions will not be accepted！)

✴️Notes:

1. Please refer to the “Feng Chia University Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees Deferred Payment Directive” ( Please refer the attachment) for detailed rules.

2. 2026 Lunar New Year holiday: FCU will be closed from February 5 to February 22, 2026. Office hours will resume on February 23 (Mon.).

3. Office hours of the OIA: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(Lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM; closed during the Lunar New Year holiday.)
