7. Tuition Payment

Payment duration: August 1 – September 2, 2024

Payment methods of tuition for overseas students

  • After the payment is completed, both the bank and the school need some time to check, you can save the receipt or the successful payment screen for subsequent checking.
  • There is no need to send the payment receipt to the mailbox of the Office of Finance, only for cash transfer, remember to write down the student number information!

Here are two payment methods:

Option 1: Visit Yuanta Bank and pay with the credit card

(recommended)

  • Visit Yuanta Bank to get the correct number of your tuition fee & receipt as well
  • Fill in your personal information:
  1. Choose “Feng Chia University”
  2. Fill in your student ID, ex. D13xxxxx or M13xxxxx or P13xxxxx
  3. Fill in your date of birth (YYYYMMDD), ex. 20010523
  4. Fill in the Verification Code
  • Fill in the payment information:
  1. Select “payment method”
  2. Select “course item”
  3. Click “Next”
  4. Fill in with your credit card number to complete the transaction (if you fail to pay the tuition, it is welcome to contact OIA faculties for assistance)

 

Option 2: Remit the tuition by cash

  1. Visit System for Printing of International Student Payment Forms for the tuition detail.
  2. It is essential to email the receipt to Miss Yang or Miss Yeh from Office of Finance (Email: yangsj@fcu.edu.tw or kmyeh@o365.fcu.edu.tw)
  3. ONLY do you need to send the email to Office of Finance if you pay by cash!

 

Notes

  1. Keep your receipt or certificate in case of any use.
  2. The processing fee would be various for each method.
  3. Download the online payment sheet and complete the payment each semester afterward.
