Health Examination for Freshmen
The checking items of freshmen’ health examination differ from the health certificate for resident application; the school will arrange the date and assigned hospital for the health check.
New Student Health Check Instructions (Choose One)
A. On-campus Examination
Fee: NT575 dollars
1.Date&Time: 8:00~12:00, 2025/2/21
2. Location: 1st floor at Recreation Building (on an empty stomach for 6-8 hours)
3. Online Registration: 2025/1/8 ~ 2/9
4. How to apply: Download FCU app→click MyFCU→Campus Life→Activity→Appointment
*Each person only can register once.
B. Off-campus (go to a nearby hospital for examination)
Fee: Depends on the hospital (NT: $2,000 – $3,500)
1. Please download Feng Chia University Student Health Examination Form.
2. No other form of medical examination report will be accepted. Please submit the Feng Chia University Student Health Examination Form to the Health Center.
3. Deadline: 2025/3/31

(For those who take a replacement examination outside of the above hours, in addition to the health check fee of $575, a registration fee of $200 will be charged)
