12. Registration (Fall Semester)

Documents required for registration:

  1. Admission Letter (Original, Chinese/English ver.)
  2. Diploma (Original, Required to be verified by Taipei Mission or Overseas Community Affairs Council, Republic of China in your country; if the document is not in Chinese or in English, please provide a verified one in one of these languages)
  3. Transcripts (Original, please provide verified in English or Chinese)
  4. Passport (with “resident visa of ROC” on it)
  5. VISA / ARC (If you don’t have one, you may skip it)
  6. Entry Permit of HK and Macao Residents to the Taiwan Area, and HK/Macao ID card (For HK & Macao students only)
  7. 2-inch (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm) ID photo with a jpg format file

It is required for overseas compatriot students to provide “Certificate of University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students”

HK & Macao students need to apply for ARC as well; if you’re over 20 years old, please provide “Certificate of No Criminal Conviction” (CNCC)

First Session |August 31, 2025 (Sunday)

  • Venue: Administration Building II, 4th Floor, Room 411
  • Time by nationality:

▍Vietnam: 9:00-9:15

▍Japan: 10:00–10:15

▍Hong Kong / Macao / Myanmar / Malaysia: 11:00–11:15

——-Lunch Break: 12:00–13:00——-

▍Indonesia: 13:00-13:15

▍Thailand: 14:00-14:15

▍Other countries: 15:00-15:15

⚠️ Please arrive at your assigned time. Only those unable to attend on 8/31 due to flight issues may join the second session.

Second Session |September 4, 2025 (Thursday)

  • Venue: Administration Building II, 3rd Floor, Room 303(OIA)
  • Time:

For ALL New Students who have not yet completed registration

To expedite the process on freshman registration day, please complete the following items before registration:

1. Complete the New Student Checklist (including uploading your student ID photo to MyFCU. How to crop a student ID card photo)

2. Fill out the Fall 2025 Information Form for International Students (log in with your NID account: studentID@o365.fcu.edu.tw + password)

3. Join the OIA LINE Group: name your account as [Student ID + Chinese/English name]

4. Pay tuition and fees by September 7, 2025, 17:00. Details: Tuition & Fees for New International Students.
