10. Registration at OIA (Fall Semester)

Document:

  1. Admission Letter (Original one in Chinese/English)
  2. Diploma (Required to be verified by Taipei Mission or Overseas Community Affairs Council, Republic of China in your country; if the document is not in Chinese or in English, please provide a verified one in one of these languages)
  3. Transcripts (please provide verified in English or Chinese)
  4. Passport (with “resident visa of ROC” on it)
  5. Entry Permit of HK and Macao Residents to the Taiwan Area, and HK/Macao ID card (For HK & Macao students only)
  6. 2-inch (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm) ID photo with a jpg file

Required Documents: diplomas, transcripts (Must be authenticated by an R.O.C(Taiwan)overseas mission

It is required for overseas compatriot students to provide “Certificate of University Entrance Committee for Overseas Chinese Students”

HK & Macao students need to apply for ARC as well; if you’re over 20 years old, please provide “Certificate of No Criminal Conviction” (CNCC)

Registration (according to your country’s schedule)

  • Country: Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam；Date + Time: 2024/9/2 9:30am-12:00pm
  • Country: Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand；Date + Time: 2024/9/2 1:30pm – 17:00pm
  • Country: Other Countries and Regions ；Date + Time: 2024/9/3 9:30am – 12:00pm

Documents Preparation: Admission Letter, original diploma, original transcript of previous degree, passport, JPG file for student card

Registration Location: Jong-Chin Bldg, Classroom 206 (Please refer to the school map.)
