Health Examination for Freshmen
The checking items of freshmen health examination differ from the health certificate for resident application; the school will arrange the date and assigned hospital for a health check.

On campus for examination
Registration: 2024/7/22~8/20 ; Fee:NTD575
- Date&Time: 2024/9/6、9/7、9/9、9/10—08:00-16:00 ； 2024/9/11— 08:00-12:00
- Location：1st floor at Recreation Building (on an empty stomach for 6-8 hours)
- Online Registration：2024/7/22-08/20
- How to apply: Download FCU app→click MyFCU→Campus Life→Activity→Appointment
*Each person only can register once.
- Please prepare ARC (passport) or NHI card

Please download Feng Chia University Student Health Examination Form. Fee: Depends on the hospital (NT: $2,000 – $3,500)

- No other form of medical examination report will be accepted. Please submit the Feng Chia University Student Health Examination Form to the Health Center.

- For those who are unable to attend the above health check-ups, please go to our contracted hospital – Tung’s Taichung MetroHarbor Hospital Wuqi Campus from 2024/9/13 to 2024/10/04 with your ARC card or passport, National Health Insurance card, and student card)
- Tung’s Taichung MetroHarbor Hospital Wuqi Campus Registration Time (on an empty stomach for 6-8 hours)：
