From Culture to Connection

To help international students adapt more quickly to life in Taiwan, our university organizes a variety of cultural exchange activities each semester. These include the Cultural Tour for International Students, Lunar New Year Banquet, the International Cultural Festival, and other cross-cultural events.

During the Cultural Tour, students are taken to different regions of Taiwan to explore local traditions and participate in hands-on experiences such as DIY traditional crafts. These immersive activities are designed to help international students better understand Taiwan’s unique cultural landscape and integrate more smoothly into local life.

We also emphasize two-way cultural exchange. Each academic year, we host the International Cultural Festival and various intercultural events that bring together local and international students. These events not only foster friendships across cultures and help international students feel more connected to their classmates, but also provide valuable opportunities to practice Mandarin through presenting and sharing their own cultures.
