- Applicants should submit three copies of the required documents to the Office of International Affairs (Room 304, Administration Building II; contact: Ms. Valerie Sun) before 10:00 am on January 29, 2026.
- OIA will recommend up to 5 applicants who meet the eligibility criteria according to the time of receiving the application documents.
