【Overseas Students】 2025 Fall Semester Tuition and Fees Deferred Payment Application

Period of application: 2025.8.1 (Fri) 09:00 ~ 2025.9.8 (Mon) 5PM
(Application forms must be submitted to the Office of Finance by 5PM on Sep.8. Late submissions will not be accepted.) 

Qualification: 
1. Overseas students（Overseas New Students are not allowed to apply for it. ）
2. The University's current students applying for delayed payment of tuition and miscellaneous fees must meet one of the following criteria:
(1) The applicant's family has suffered from unforeseeable situations and is unable to pay as scheduled.  
(2) Other special circumstances that make it difficult to pay on time.

The procedure of applying:
Download the form below and fill in the form, visit either the Counseling /Life tutor, Department Tutor, Head of your department, or Office of International Affairs. Submit the filled form to the Finance Office for the first installment bill and print the second and third installment information.

Notes：
1. For more detailed information please read the Feng Chia University Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees Deferred Payment Directive.
2. Office of International Affairs is open during the summer holidays from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Thursday (2025.7.1 ~ 2025.8.31)
