2025 Academic Year Scholarship for Outstanding and Excellent Overseas Chinese Students

Campus Announcements
- Application Period: Open now until September 19, 2025, 5:00 PM.
- Eligibility: Applicants must be overseas Chinese students enrolled in their sophomore year or above (including senior year) in any department, institute, or degree program of the university, and must meet the following criteria:
1. Academic year 2024–2025 (113): overall GPA of 80 or above, and conduct grades of 80 or above for both semesters.
2. Must be officially registered in the first semester of academic year 2024–2025.
3. Students who have repeated a year, are retaking courses, or have extended their study period are not eligible.
4. Master’s and doctoral students are not eligible.
5. Students who receive this scholarship in 2025 (114) may not apply again in 2026 (115) using their 2024–2025 (113) academic records. - Scholarship Amounts:
1. Outstanding Overseas Chinese Student Award: NT$20,000 each.
2. Academic Excellence Overseas Chinese Student Award: NT$6,000 each. - Application Method:

Provide personal details, academic records, and conduct grades as required. - Required Documents:
1. Official transcript in Chinese (PDF). If printing the official version is not possible, please upload a PDF with screenshots from MyFCU showing academic and conduct grades for both semesters of 2024–2025.
2. i-Card number and valid Alien Resident Certificate.
3. Supporting documents (such as competition awards, club participation, community service, professional certificates, etc.) combined into one PDF. - Applications will be processed in accordance with the Overseas Community Affairs Council scholarship regulations for outstanding and academically excellent overseas Chinese students.
