Information Engineering and Computer Science Student Song Chun-Yu won first place in the 110th National Information and Communication Security Conference Network Attack and Defense Exercise.

Feng Chia University's Department of Information Engineering's student Zhen-Yu Song won first place in the "110th Annual National Information and Communications Security Conference Network Attack and Defense " by discovering three high-impact and six low-impact vulnerabilities.

The National Information and Communication Security Council of the Executive have been conducting network offensive and defensive exercises since 2013. The professor of the IECS Lee, J.S, recommended three students to participate. The student said he had focused on penetration testing to find system security vulnerabilities. Based on his expertise in network security, these vulnerabilities are fixed in time to avoid harm.

The epidemic has created a growing number of online activities and services, and the risk of personal information leakage has also increased. Hackers continuously use illegally obtained personal information, most commonly emails, phone numbers, and passwords, to launch malicious attacks on individuals or businesses.
