Chen Ping won the first place in the community industry group of the "Summer Community Workplace Experience Project"

The Youth Workplace Experience Program of the Youth Development Agency of the MOE provides youths with a college degree or above to experience the workplace in non-profit organizations during the summer vacation, and conduct a regional achievement competition after the experience. Chen Ping, a sophomore from the Department of Business Management of Feng Chia University, won first place in the "Youth Summer Community Workplace Experience Project in 2021".

Chen Ping (middle) participates in the Shanjiao Community Development Association and actively promotes the traditional rush culture.

Chen Ping is responsible for the part of the questionnaire survey and the filming and editing of the film. Before doing the questionnaire survey, we must first consider the basic issues such as the environment and customer sources of the Shanjiao community. The main purpose is to let the employees in the Shanjiao community understand What else in the community needs to be improved and then adjust to these problems.

Although the participation time was only a short two months, Chen Ping learned a lot of communication skills during this time. Because the aunts of the technologists are generally elderly, they need to communicate with them in a language they understand; also Because the Shanjiao community requires every colleague to be able to weave rushes, Chen Ping also learned some weaving techniques about rushes.

Participating in the Community Development Association, Chen Ping (right) not only learns more communication skills with others but also learns the skills of making rushes.
